They've taken out -Rep.
Some rules have been added, and removed.
There's clearly a new layout. (Supposed to be a new one soon)
Added more sub-sections, and forums.

And I think that should clear up everything.

A lot's changed bro, negative rep has been removed, several new badges have been added, members have become worse in general (more leechers, spammers etc...) and there are loads of new forums.. Just look around, you'll feel back at home in a few minutes im sure
