If you had someone do The Rank Transfer Glitch and got you to just lv 100, no prestige, then there is about %5 chance of you getting banned. If you mod with Horizon, there your done for. Next day or 2 you will be perma banned from Gears 3. There! Done and said. It's really just common sense.

i got perma banned for rank transfer

It was prob abig rank boost.

my friend went from lvl 5 to 100 and he got banned on the same day wat bout that?
im lvl 81 and if i modded to 90 would i get banned?

Modding in total will get you banned. If its a Transfer, then it's a different story.
