I need to get 61 crafting and 60 mining, what would be the fastest ways of doing this if I'm willing to spend up to 10m? As for mining, best ore and place? I'll be powermining.

Thanks, but doesn't Dragon Leather require something like 57 or 6x? That's basically where I'm ending so how should I get up there?

Also, for a serious question now. I started my account as a 10hp pure mainly because it's insanely fast to 55 / alch to 99, but I need 80 mage / def / and constitution, so I plan on Ice bursting rock crabs, but with 10 hp.... not sure how I'll be able to do it. Should I just start training now with regular spells or will protect melee be enough to survive them?

You can make sapphire bracelets for 60k crafting p an hour with a tiny bit of profit lose.
