I'm wanting to boost but the only way I know how to do is with the defib I want to get my sniper class up how would I boost for it????

Look at the boosting sticky, it has the majority of boosting methods.

not sure if there is an official way but one way is to use the UMP in that kit. you get the UMP at lvl 16.
