I have been hot swapping for a wile now and this is the first time i have encountered this problem every time i take out my normal disk and replace it with the modded one it just sits at 0 and never moves and then freezes my xbox any help plus rep

might have to do with the new update? idk mines flashed so idk ask the modding section for better answers
