Someone infected me with Tangy Cod4 mod menu.
Can i go into a public game. or will i lose it ?

I'm pretty sure you can go into a public game but once you go to the main menu, it's gone.

Yes you can go into a public game.
The only way you will lose it if you dashboard and or turn off your console.
If you sign out of Xbox Live and sign back in, you will still have it.
There is a way to download infections to your harddrive so that way you can have then every time you go on CoD4.

You wont be able to use it unless you are host, but it will stay until you become host (private match, pot luck etc.)

If you go into a multiplayer game, and go back into a private match, you will still have it.
