on my ipod touch 4g, running ios 5.0.1 when i recieve a notification like an imessage, when i drag the banner across, it goes a little bit then flicks back? i have to hold it for a few seconds which gets really annoying, i am jailbroken. it wont let me restore my ipod from a backup i made because i os 5.1 is out and it wants me to update to that but i dont want to because there is no untethered jailbreak out yet. is there a solution to this problem?
