I've been talking to a lot of Machinima Directors and Machinima Employees lately and between the employees there's a lot of confusion about the requirement. For example one of the employees told the requirement was, "...520+ subscribers and 50,000+ video views.", while another one told me, "...10,000+ subs and 1000+ views on your last fifteen videos."
Now I didn't really listen to him as I've seen him partner people much smaller. I say you have a good shot.
