Way to copy Dragon Claws name and picture.
It is probably in your regedit. Those are hard to get rid of.

Do a system restore...
Restart your computer and as fast as you can go to the system restore and do it to the last system save...

Who the **** is dragon claws, and it says its in Tim/AppData and stuff, so how do I get to those files?

By the looks of the picture he may have lost his account 100%. In the background he recovered his account on the same computer which is the worst thing you can do when you get hacked unless you know you were phished.

I'm talking about removing the virus... the account is the least of his worries at this moment... his information is open to the infecter and he needs to get it off his computer ASAP

Well pretty much, I have his I.P and I have recovered it, deleted, everything that could be in harm on my computer, but does anyone now how I can just like wipe my computer to a fresh start with nothing on it?

Your talking about going back to factory settings? I suggest reinstalling windows if you still have the disc...
if not then your looking at around 3 hours of burning from cd to cd.
and I doubt that it is actually his IP
