It all depends on the type of guns you like using, by reading what you've already unlocked I suggest you unlock a sniper rifle, preferably the MSR as you unlock it at a high level.

MP7 is the best one to use most versatile, since you already have that one Id say go for either M60 its a beast for racking up combo kills for perks and MSR just because its fun to snipe with and with a red dot scope its beast up close as well. Those are the only 3 guns I ever use , I wasted a token on the FAD right off the batt and it shoots marshmallows !

You should get the FAD because its beast and you unlock it when your like lvl 78

Consider spending your token on something non-primary related.
Like Dead Silence, Stingers, RPG, C4. Something you use a lot. I know I did (however at 14 tokens, I started to run out of the things I "need.")
