3 /10 not trying to be harsh man , but once you get photoshop look up a bunch of tutorials, get some gfx packs, it will make your pics better. This is a beginner picture but it's really hard to read, and I don know what the picture is supposed to be for. A recruitment challenge? Idk.

For your first it looks alright,

Can't read the font very well try Bebis,

Stick with one background color, the ones you have chosen are to bright,

Maybe a dark red?

Make the text a dark color, black would look. Good..
