If I get elite can I make a clan and get free maps? Or do I need founder for that?

Heres my brief summary, I may be wrong ( I dont have premium)

Pretty much theres three levels of elite:
Member
Premium
Founder


Member = free = can make clans check stats be part of groups
premium = Paid = maps + elite events + more indepth stats
founder = Levels up clan + maps + clan ops and events + Came with hardened edition.

Also,founder includes a special camo,title,and emblem,and you could get founder if you got elite before 11.13.11

If you bought elite when CoD came out you still got Founder, also:

I think you make a clan regardless.
I have elite, never paid. I jsut have the free membership and I made a clan. Itll just forever be level 1
