yes, thats a good gaming rig. not the best but good. you can run bf3 on high

I'd get a better power supply. More like 600-700w

I just want to run cod4 so what kind of settings can i run cod4 on and still get 250 fps constant?

Nice budget gaming PC , however i dont know the brand of the power supply and it is a bit on the risky side (wattage could be more)
