Ok so I had a account with CoD elite premium and it got banned. So I made a new account and I can't download the new maps. Can I?

I also linked the new account on elite.

As the account with Premium was banned you will be unable to gain access to the ELITE Premium downloads unless you buy an ELITE Premium subscription for your new account or wait until you can buy the map pack with MSP. The map pack will be available near the end of the month.

if you talk to microsoft they can cancel it on your old account and give you acode for one. thats what i did
