No, but it is easy to use and can increase the quality of your video greatly. If you want a program solely for audio try:
* Audacity
* Fruity Loops Studio
* Audacity

With those programs being said you might also want to think about a better mic. Of course it costs more money, but if you really want to continue doing your commentaries and are really into them stuff like that can help.

Suggestion
sony vegas 10 for editing and doing the commentarys. Really easy to use as you can see how much time is left.
Also a better mic.
