I'm looking forward into seeing Crosby back into the lineup. I hope he will play like he did a year ago.

I am just wondering how they will mix up the lines now. Will they put Crosby on a line with Kunitz and Neal, or will they have Crosby - Kunitz on one line and Malkin - Neal on the other? Doubt they will put Malkin and Crosby on the same line on the Power Play though(they both like to play the same wall and because of this they are less than 14% effective together over that last 2 seasons)

Malkin and Crosby wouldn't work too well on the same line. They both are great scorers so if they put both of them on the same line, it's gonna be tough for each to shoot as much as they want to. Malkin has been a great scorer without Crosby on the lineup so I think he's not gonna be with Crosby because he does well without him.

They said on the radio today that Crosby will be on the third line, Centering Tyler Kennedy and Matt Cooke. This is because Crosby will be playing reduced minutes and coach Dan Bylsma doesn't want to break up the top 2 lines with how good they are currently doing. Also it is reported that defensemen Paul Martin and Kris Letang could play as both are cleared and ready to play.
