If you don't want to do that, simply boot up in safe mode & run the installer.

No system restore will give the virus full acess to the computer. That is where a virus would go first so If it were deleted the next system restore would bring it back

But i got Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scanner now and using it to scan the computer.
Hoping i will find a virus so that will explain why my pc is so slow, But the new problem is why i can't install skype.

Malware bytes isn't doesn't always get eveything, this does not speed up your computer :facepalm: It removes any sort of infection

Okey, But i know this doesn't speed my computer up, I hope malware will find some crap that slows down my computer such as an virus or anything.
But ill download them and fix that but it still does not understand why i can't install skype I got 2 important meetings in 40 mins ;/

You have a nasty virus, hold "Ctrl" DO NOT LET IT GO double click on hitman pro, open it (still holding Ctrl) this will force close EVERYTHING accept for hitman pro any sort of infection/virus will be helpless as it watches itself be erased

I did that and the everything that happend is that it said ''Force breach:Hitman pro 3.6 Process 1''
I held CTRL the whole time and when that thing popped up for like 15 seconds and nothing happend.
What else ?
But every program except that did shut down.
