Check futhead.com and go to their squads section, there's a filter there you can search for squads to build with say 7k down etc.

You wont be able to get a good team.

The only thing i could say is maybe get a Gold Brazil Team. I had a spare 6K and bought one and never lost for 7 games. They are really good players, and most have good pace.

Just get Gold Brazilian and i think you will be sorted.
