Like Microsoft Points, you buy them and redeem a code. A 6K Account is where you buy seperate accounts which are loaded with 6000 Microsoft Points.

Most likely, people use them for Fifa Packs, and mostly nothing else.

You can buy them off DHGate or sometimes Ebay, but if you do, spend the packs quick as sometimes, there is rumours if there kept on your Xbox, you can be console banned.
