I'm looking for a program that code in C, C++, C#, Java, HTML.

Notepad++ features many languages if you are looking for a text editor, for an IDE I don't know of any with web and desktop development.

eclipse has a java and a C++ option, and you could probably find html, C and C# plugins for it.

Dreamweaver should be killed with fire. It teaches you nothing except how to drag and drop.
Use a text editor (personally, I use Notepad++) for HTML and CSS. You'll thank me later.

The only reason I use Dreamweaver is the automatic refresh it has built in, rather than using my FTP clients built in text editor and having to wait 2 minutes for it to refresh because my internet is terrible.
Plus, I don't even know how to use Dreamweavers design view, I just learned the code and used the code view.
