My ISP sent me an email saying I was file sharing Saints row 3 and I recieved a warning, I live in Canada so you are allowed to download copyright material for personal use and its not illegal only file sharing is illegal here which I only downloaded Saints row 3 it doesn't make sense.

Where is your ISP located? They can still give you a warning if you overload their servers
