There is no way to unban it, its probly annoying the hell out of you but you have to relise it will never be on xbox live again.
All you can do is accept that and buy a new one and don't do whatever you did to get your old one banned

If you Contact Xbox Support they will find a way to Sort this out.

I got banned yesterday too. Xbox employees 80% of them don't know shit 90% of them are ****** that don't care. I called 4 times 1 time I got someone that was nice and all he said was check the forums. Your friend got extremely lucky.
