hi bought this disk from gamestop and when went to play it said open tray i took it out and clean it then i tried othergames thay worked but theni got pissed and putsome calone on the cd then the cd had a bunch of smuges and it still wont play please tell me way to clean smuges help

try pulling your laser chip closer to the xbox.

Windex and a soft(SOFT) towel like a paper towel works best.

he well the disk ist very scratch butwhen i clean it all these smuges came out it like thay covered them up

thi may ound weird but with scraped and smudged discs ive always used diodarant try that it works for me budy
