Which package do you have?
i have the 30mb/s package, but the speed has never been the problem i get randomly disconnected from my internet at least once a week. And it seems about every 3-5 months something goes wrong with the equipment they've installed in my house. My house has been completely rewired twice and i have their modem and router and it still gives me problems. I would leave but they are the cheapest with their bundle in my area.

have you tried messing with your router settings?

Our's is actually about the same. I have 30 down and 5 up and an average of 30 ping.

Not bad but not amazing(LOL) But i'd recommend upgrading to a faster package.
