I have been using this method for most of my time on MW3 and it works great(I'm prestige 4 level 43)

I would like to add, I don't know if you said this I couldn't hear you very well, that using Blind Eye with a Stinger would help a lot in the case that every time you take down a kill streak you get the Specialist Xp and the Xp from taking it down.

Here are some tips to rack up the 'point streaks' while staying alive often.

First things first,

During the beginning of a match, it is strongly advised that you do not go straight ahead for the first 20 or so seconds, as the opposition tend to throw frags towards your general location. Instead, you should take the outer route and flank the opposition. You will save time and hopefully keep in one piece.

From then on, you should take in the basics: go slowly around corners while aiming, aim at the chest/neck area of enemies, and sprint in short bursts to get to your destination easily.

There are a few weapons which take you down very easily, so it is advised that you take advantage of these weaponry, for example the type 95, which is normally a 1 burst killer. If you don't like burst weapons, you should put rapid fire as one of your perks as soon as you get the chance, as well as the Kick proficiency to reduce recoil on weapons with high recoil. If your weapon doesn't recoil much, or is easy to handle, you should take advantage of the Range proficiency, so that you can clip enemies at farther range. If you prefer that, then you should choose marksman as another of your perks.

If you prefer to get up-close and personal, you should take advantage of a sub-machine gun as they are deadly in close quarter. If you find that you get killed in a certain part, take a different route to that general area.

If you prefer to camp out in a location or stay in a location, you should only stay there for 2-3 kills, and then move on, due to the spawn system which respawns enemies close to where the battles are.

most shotguns are weak in mw3, and give many, many hit markers at close range. Except for the striker shotgun, used with extended magazines, you should avoid using shotguns at all. If you want a bit more range with the striker or tend to get some hit markets, use the appropriate proficiencies.

I can't deal out tons of info all at once, so I will release another guide should you need more help. I realize I have left parts out, and I will address this parts should you need me to.

I was 2nd prestige lvl 62 last night, then I started using this strategy.

I am now 3rd prestige lvl 50 as of today!!!!
