Budget:$50-200
Music preference:All, mostly Bass (Rap, HipHop)
Type / form factor and portability: Over Ear, or anything that is fresh
Open/Closed (Not for in-ear):Didn't really understand this, but anything with crazy bass.
Source(s)??
Extra Comments: Well im looking for something with style and swag with around school with, also i would like them durable, not too heavy or big, be able to run with them, and just overall beats. Now that i heard your rad on beats and how bad they are, im reconsidering my options.
Could you also PM me back your answer as i will forget about this thread, thanks.

The Ultrasone HFI-580 and 780, Audio Technica Pro 700 Mk. II, M-Audio Q40, and Shure SRH750 DJ are all good bassy over-ear cans in that price range. Not sure if they're available where you are or how the pricing is, though.

I'm assume your currency is GBP.
The Koss DJ100 is exactly what you're looking for. It's a great portable headphone, and sounds incredible for the price. The value you get with these is hard to beat, and the sound signature is right for the music you like.

I'd save up a little more and get the JVC HA-FXT90. If you're looking for a bassy IEM in this price range, it's what you should get. Here's everything you need to know:

The V-Moda M80 sounds like something you'd like.

They sound incredible, look like nothing else, and are indestructible. They're on-ear, so they're portable and should be alright for running. The price also recently dropped from $200 to $170, and if you're wondering how these compare with Beats... They don't. The Pros have nothing on these! Every time I recommend these, I want a pair.
