Yes but with this you earn 10x the speed you would playing normally it can be useful for people who have are short of a player to play a match etc ;)

I have not seen any scripts around, although if you pay someone to program you one. But it would be far from cheap

The method is good, but it gets tedious which is the problem with it.

For example... I've done this numerous times and whereas I'll make say 400-500 coins in 10-12 minutes playing games and racking the cash up - Doing this method I could rack up an average of 2k in a matter of minutes (doing this 5x)

Playing the games is a bit more fun while you're waiting but to get the money quick this is the best "legal" way of doing it IMO.

You are completely correct, some people are hating on the first two pages but they do not understand the point in this (to earn some cash quick)
