Seeds
Seeds can be bought from the grand exchange it would be the faster way to get them most likely. But you can also get them from master farms but this requires you to have a certain thieving level.
Compost/Potions
There is really only one kind of potion you will need which is called "plant cure" but it is really helpful and important. It can cure a plant if it says it is diseased and it is very cheap. This potion can be bought from any farm store or the grand exchange.
Compost is going to be your best friend when it comes to farming. It is your fertilizer in the game.
Types of compost: Compost and Supercompost
These can both be bought from the grand exchange but can be cheaper to just make.
How to make Compost?
You will need to put any of the 15 following items in a compost bin: Weeds, Apples, Bananas, Guam leaves, Marrentil, Potatoes, and Onions.
How to make Supercompost?
You will need to put any of the 15 following items in a compost bin: Pineapples, Watermelons, Jangerberries, Whiteberries, Tree roots, Coconut shells, and Toadflax or any higher level herb.
The cheapest and best way to do this thou is to buy pineapples from a guy in front of camelot bank he will be wearing a white apron I will add his name later but you can buy 40 pineapples for 2gp every 24 hours from him.
