Removing a Virus and Staying Clean|PC Support

-How do you know if your infected by a virus??
-Random Message Pops up on screen
-Random Programs opening and closing
-Sometimes you wont even know but i will help you remove it
-Your friends are reporting they get weird messages
-Random Chatbox pops on screen
-Files are deleted
-New files created
-Stuff starts freezing
-Some of your accounts start getting hacked
-Your computer shuts down randomly
-You dont get any access to Task manager,Msconfig,Regedit,Internet Browsers and Anti viruses.
-Of course these are just a few. You don't even need these symptoms too have a virus.
Most viruses can be hidden

First off if your somebody who doesn't have any virus on your computer and your just browsing this topic.
Im going to tell you how you can keep your computer clean.
Obviously everyone knows anti virus is going to help so install that.

And something lots of you might not know but there is a program called sandboxie.
Link: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Any program that you download that you may think have a virus first you can scan it, but still that is not always mean the file is safe.
Hackers will crypt there server of there Rat,Keylogger,DDoSer anything along those lines.
So that is not always safe.
But to be safe you can run the program sandboxed.
Here's how i will explain it:

Think of your PC as a piece of paper. Every program you run writes on the paper. When you run your browser, it writes on the paper about every site you visited. And any malware you come across will usually try to write itself into the paper.

Traditional privacy and anti-malware software try to locate and erase any writings they think you wouldnt want on the paper. Most of the times they get it right. But first the makers of these solutions must teach the solution what to look for on the paper, and also how to erase it safely.

On the other hand, the Sandboxie sandbox works like a transparency layer placed over the paper. Programs write on the transparency layer and to them it looks like the real paper. When you delete the sandbox, its like removing the transparency layer, the unchanged, real paper is revealed.

I didn't even think of explaining it like that ;)

Now for virus removal.
If you think you might have a virus please try and scan with some virus removal likes the ones below.

You may also want to try a system restore before any of this and see how your computer runs and if any of the symptoms from above happen or just unusual things. Please note system restore will not always work.

[spoil]Push Windows key + r
Then Type in "msconfig"
A window exactly like this should appear [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Then click the Startup tab. Anything under there that has a Manufacture called unknown you should uncheck, also anything with random letters. Or just anything unusual
Doing this is going to make it so when your computer starts you will not appear on the hackers RAT,DDoSer or whatever they are using thus you will be able to do more without the hacker watching over you, and this also is part in removing the virus.
The second thing you want to do is go down to your windows bar. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Right Click and push "Start Task Manager" [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Then you will get this windows [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Mine is already on the processes tab so if yours isn't please switch it too that. Now we are going to try and look or the process of the server which the hacker is having the ability to keylog you and do some other scary things (View your webcam,See your desktop, End processes, Completely delete your system32 thus making you have to reinstall windows) Most hackers will disguise there server as a windows process. Commonly used is
Svchost.exe
and
Winlogon.exe
or something it may be something like server.exe or firefox.exe. After you think you have located which one it is you are going to want to hit end process. Dont worry if its not the right one you cant ruin your computer doing this. Most windows exes are protected and wont let you end the process. Once this is all done you can contact me by the ways stated below

If you choose to run some anti-virus try these programs for free.
