You probably always have something in your ears.
Headphone's, Headset, ect.
So it's just a figment of your imagination.
My Health teacher taught me this year's ago.

RxShadyy wrote Does anyone have any ideas of what that may be . I'm sitting in my room and it's completely silent throughout my house but I hear a ringing noise in my ears . Ive always noticed it but never really thought about it . What do you guys think it is?
Happens to me a lot. It is basically the silence. Your ears hear BILLIONS of sounds every moment, so when its silent, your ears think its not normal. It is though.

this happens to me as well, but it doesnt have to be silent for it too happen.well for me atleast.
and i know its not my tv as i havent had a tv that does that in a while.
if you listen to music really loud, you hear that ringing noise right after.im not sure if it has a long term affect though.
