I have been really wanting to be able to download a movie or a rom for an emulator or just a normal file to my ipod but apple just won't let me, can someone help me in my trouble

depending on your firmware version you can use safari download manager.

which will let you download any file

and for the torrents just use your comptuer it will be alot easier and faster

Tanso downloader+ Is great for downloading stuff like that and "videos" ;) ;)
