usally if someone wants msp there scaming and if they want xbl gold but if they want paypal they are legit most the time at least

I lol'd, you couldn't be more wrong. Just because they ask for paypal doesn't mean they are legit, As they request that you send it as a "Gift" therefore you cannot claim your money back in a refund, makes the process of doing it so much more difficult.
