The PS3 is a lot better then the Xbox 360.

Xbox 360 all the way

Xbox bcuz it has more people and better service!

It's all about how you want to use the console.

PS3 Ups:
Good for single player games
Blu-Ray

PS3 Downs:
PSN is down frequently
Online experience is not as good

Xbox 360 Ups:
Great online experience
Good xbl security (never goes down besides maintenance)
All of the apps (Such as Youtube, Netflix, and Facebook)

Xbox 360 Downs:
RROD and other errors with the console

Honestly, ps3. I don't even own a ps3. The good thing about it is that you wont randomly get banned, or console banned. The bad thing about it is you can still hack mw2 (Good for me, bad for some people)
Xbox360 is good because I have a jtag, Clear case, all that good stuff. But idk. PS3.
