can someone please tell me when people who dont have elite can get the map packk

This will be released on 20th March for non-Elite premium members.
I would presume it will be 1200 MSP and will be released for Xbox first with PS3 and PC to follow about a month or so later.
The maps included will be Piazza, Liberation, Overwatch and Black Box multiplayer maps - along with Black Ice and Negotiator Spec Ops missions.
