So as you can see by the picture, my tasbar does not match the theme. The picture that came with the pack has the taskbar matching, but I can't figure out how to get it to work, thanks.

Right click on your Desktop > Personalize > At the bottom it will say "Window Color" (Click on it) > Choose the color that is second from bottom right (Gray), Set the Color Intensity to 100% > Uncheck "Enable transparency"

Try setting your background to all black. If it matches than it's your background that is causing the problem.

are you using a custom windows 7 theme? if so did you install theme resource changer so windows 7 will allow you to use custom themes?

For some reason when the Taskbar is at the bottom it works fine... but when its on the right it doesn't. :s But I would prefer it to the right :/
