Well, I hate it when new members can get gold. Just because they are rich and want to leech. Like honestly, people that are gold and are active and have lots of rep than its okay. But seriously, TTG is a community, not a web domain that just wants leeches to download stuff on the gold forums that real gold members put alot of time and effort in finding/making.

Edit: The point I am making here is that there should be a certain requirement for gold.

What if a new member joined and wasn't a leech?
What if they been here a while, but never made an account? Besides, its their money, let them spend it on whatever they want, and also, they are supporting the site with that money.

If they want to buy gold, or if someone wants to gift them it is there choice.

As s hole, Am I gold? And I make contributions to this site alot, I just am not as active as in the summer. I have learned a great deal from all members on this site. And if I wanted gold, I would get it. But I honestly dont see a point in it if I am not active.
