Here is a quick team with pretty good chemistry, I like to go by Leagues when getting good Chem, So i choose BPL because its what most people use, It is affordable with 40k Also

Right ST: Berbatov (Price- Around 1k)
Left ST: Hernndez (Price- Around 2.6k [Standard]) (Upgraded- Around 6.2k)
LM: Nani (Price- Around 8.5k)
CAM: Carrick (Price- Around 2k)
RM: Lennon (Price- Around 2.6k)
CDM: Song (Price- Around 1.4k)
LB: Evra (Price- Around 5.1k)
CB: Dawson (Price- Around 1.1k)
CB: Kompany (Price- Around 5k)
RB: Sagna (Price- Around 2.3k)
GK: Cech (Price- Around 7k)

Approximate Total- 38,600 (With Standard Hernndez)
