How much do you have now?
You can alch using a high alch calculator for minimal loss, or just high alch maple longs(u) for about a 100gp loss per, which is probably less than 10m to 99 from where you are.

Like strategies
Step 1: Find the Dragon.
Step 2: Kill the Dragon.
Step 3: Pick up the hides and bones / other rares.
Step 4: ?????????
