Why of all the snipers in MW3 would you have the L11 as that game's representative?

The MSR is much better.

Well, I chose all the snipers you start off with in call of duty so that if someone didnt reach the level for the MSR, they would still be able to choose one of the snipers. I know the MSR is great but it was for the ones who havent used it.
