i keep getting this thing popping up can you tell me what it means ive done a crap cleaner nothing happend tryed looking for the file couldnt find it no where

The AppData is a hidden folder. Try typing the address in Windows Explorer or go to your settings and set that you want to view hidden files & folders. Try manually deleting the file.
If that doesn't work, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE. If it is listed in the applications tab, right click it and go to its process. If it is not in the applications list go to the processes tab and try finding it yourself. When you got the process right click that and click "Open file location". Try deleting it.
If both don't work, try it again in Safe Mode.
Also, do you have a good anti-virus program?
