I think the culprit was the one handed-boosting necklace and ring whitch did +80% but when u modded it permanently took away 80% of my skill level. Nit that big of a deal just the only thing is my sword does 45 less damage.

I'd just advise in the main topic not to wear skill boosting equipment. But its not a fix, I just found the reason for it. Unfortunately I'll permanently have 20 one handed but you know, gotta take one for the team.
