So yesterday i got some Adderall RX 20mg from my doctor because i have ADD and today was the first time i took it and i never really felt anything. i felt a little bit more concentration than usual for like 30 minutes tehn i was drifting off again and i was just wondering if it will do more after a few days because i read that somewhere on the internet. should i double dose or something? I don't know

Thanks for looking at this and please tell me if you have any experience with it or anything!

No, If you are 18 I highly recommend Medicinal Marijuana for ADD. Certain strains will help you out and make you concentrate better and easier.

After a few days or a week, you'll notice a difference. I've been taking it for like 5 or 6 years now for the same reason. If you still don't notice a difference ask your doctor if you should try a higher dosage.

Try not to take too much of it though. FDA approved drugs just passed alcohol on deaths per year.

No? I've been taking Adderral XR for 5-6 years. I take 2 20 MG pills a day for my ADHD. It's used for people with ADD as well.

my dose is 40 MG and it keeps me focused for 6 hours and then it wares off and i go into rage mode for an hour
