Well I show you in the Guide at the bottom how to make it lower, and 3 hours is the minimum.. I'll also show you how to make the time less to (Time less on the time it creates the Challenges)

Well that's because the Elites take forever to kill, change their Health.. and if you don't know how to do that, scroll down until you find Extra Info and there is a guide in there.
