Hey so it took me and my friend a while but we think we know how to get a invisible mod. if you are interested send a message to GT: littlehimy

Yeah it's easy just change your model to something that doesn't show up. Granted your glowing outline would still show(I think) but you could just edit the zombie vision cvars to fix that.

It would probably be easier to just change a keyvalue on yourself to make yourself invisible. I am pretty sure the "renderfx" and "rendermode" keyvalues work on l4d2.

Just do:

ent_fire <target> addoutput "renderfx <value>"


and to turn of the glow you can just do:
sv_glowenable 0


and for the "target" you can do:

!self          //Yourself
!picker        //What ever the player is looking at
player         //all players


The "renderfx" value should be 23 for completly invisible or 16 for a hologram
Or another thing you can do is change the "rendermode" to a different amount and set the "renderamt" to 0.
