hey i have a sony vaio and when i go to system restore it pops up with like this program that restores like all the settings but i want to restore like if i just turned it on with a the default programs please help ill rep

You need to do a system restore. You need to put the Operating system into your PC and re install.

i would say just call the support, dont trust ttg with your computer

I did a system restore at about 4 today due to a trojan virus, but my OS came built in and i didnt need a cd.

You need to make a system repair disc then use that at boot up to restore the laptop.
