Read what you sign, it's as simple as that. Dont agree to not modding, then mod...simple. It doesnt matter if you say its not a big deal or not. You sign a contract saying you wont, then you go and do it. Common sense anyone? Deal with it and stop making threads saying how you think its dumb.
