Hello,

I can't seem to be able to connect to Xbox Live. Everything is connected, I disconnected and reconnected my ethernet cable, and disconnected my router and still nothing. Is there a problem? If so, how do I fix it?

What is the problem when u run the xbox live connection test?

Restart Router , Modem & Xbox & You are all Good.
