- This does bypass you from getting banned BUT YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING A DASH UPDATE PREVENTS YOU, thats what we need to bypass

The hack works from a base kernal though. Also, getting around dash updates was one of the things everyone used to do when they were getting online, I know a few people that were still running 9199 on the 12625 dash. If you got online on your own, then it would not be a big deal to patch another check ;)
