The same thing has happened to me and I lost over 1.5 million coins.
The person that hacked you must have added your account as a friend so look to see if their are any people that you do not remember adding.
EA are useless, It has been 2 months and they have stil not done anything but my friend got his team back in about 2 weeks.

Log on to EA.com and click help, then you'll be able to email them.

i feel for you. ea wont do anything they are useless
