What's the deal with PaveLows and Killstreaks?Posted:

PaveLows occasionally count towards higher killstreaks, but other times they don't.


Anyone know of a reason behind this?

yeah that happens to me to when i get a pavelow it doesnt count to my killstreaks. most of the time i have pavelow,chopper gunner,nuke and when i get my pavelow i camp till i get my choppergunner and most of the time i dont get my chopper gunner when i am over a 11 killstreak its odd

That's what i'm saying, but then other times it does count.

I was thinking maybe it counts as long as it doesn't drop flares?

i didnt think they EVER counted towrds your killstreaks.

In order for it to count, you have to call it in and get a kill before it does.

I have it happen for the better.
Whenever I get a Pavelow off a CarePackage it counts towards my killstreak.
But I'm not complaining! Thank you IW for screwing up MW2

Usually do, but if there was a way to make the pavelow count it would be way better. Stays in the air much longer.

Pavelows are now like Care packages. They dont count towrds your killstreak.
